Clearly Verdant Cocktail
Ingredients
- 2 oz Gin
- 1/2 oz Italicus
- 1/4 oz Ouzo by Metaxa
- 1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 8-10 Kinome Leaves
Garnish:
- Kinome Leaf (attached to the glass using HardCore Rim Glue)
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a bullet blender with two ice cubes. Blend until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh strainer, then filter through a coffee filter. That step will take a little while. The final product should be completely clear. Chill. Serve neat or with a splash of tonic.
